Women's Ministry

The Bride's Kitchen is a brand new women's ministry started at The Way! The first meeting was such a success that we've prayerfully considered it and instead of meeting quarterly we'll actually be meeting once a month! Meetings will be the 2nd Wednesday of each month! It isn't exclusive to members of The Way Family Church so be sure to bring a friend! You will be encouraged in God's Word in a creative way! Come on out! You'll not regret it! Tell everyone you see that the bride of Christ is cookin' something up in the kitchen!

2nd Wednesday of each month: March 14th, April 11th at 6:30 PM

Kristi Landry's home at 102 Monument Ave, Greeneville, TN 37745

Hello my name is Rhonda
Hello everyone i want to invite you to have discussions of real life problems here. We all have troubles that come our way and this is a way for us to get into the Word of God to find solutions for what we are struggling with. Even when we can't be right there in the midst of the storm we can find comfort and peace through each other and the word.Be blessed and encouraged.

Little Things
I'm always looking for a way to pay closer attention to what God is wanting me to do in an everyday way. He catches me by surprise when it is something I think is so small. We tend to think that God talks to us with a loud bang of thunder and lighting flashes. Though there has been alot of that lately in our weather lol. It's those little things we are faithful in that get the job done. Saying Prayers when prompted by the Holy Spirit. Visiting a friend who needs encouraged. Taking a meal to a widow on your street. There is so many ways God wants to use us to reach out. When you feel Him tugging at your heart an you think it is just silly just give Him a shot. I believe you will be pleasantly surprised at how He can use you and these little things. God bless you coming and going, may He make your burdens light and your Joy great as you step out in obedience to do the will of God. In Jesus precious name I pray Amen

Standing Firm
Psalms 62:2 and then again in verse 6. He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defence; I shall NOT be greatly moved. This verse gives me such boldness to confront my struggles head on with the power of the word. It reminds me that no matter how great the battle seems I know I can stand firmly on the word and my Saviour will NOT fail me. My prayer for you is to take this word , to plant it in your heart and when the next battle surfaces in your life that God will bring this verse to your mind that you would stand firm in knowing Jesus will not fail you. His word is a precious jewel that will bring kingdom seed in to your life if you will allow it. God bless those who read this seal the word in there heart and give them the boldness to step out in faith and not be moved.

Praising God through the storm

Praising God through the storm is not an easy task when you've been told you have cancer ,or maybe lost a loved one , or maybe even a difficult situation you are facing. When we feel we are our worst that is when we can benfit the most from praising God. Job had it all and had it taken away. I'm sure that he didn't understand why God was allowing all these things to happen to him. Job could not see the spiritual battle that was going on and neither can we. When we choose to praise God in our storm we are telling God we trust in Him, He comes first and that we know He is in control of our circumstances. So how can we do this? Just take the first step.Tell Him you love Him. It does'nt have to be perfectly said or memorized. I encourage you step out in faith and praise Jesus in your storm. He will be there. He will never leave you or forsake you. I pray dear Jesus that the person reading this will be encouraged and seek your face. That you will use them mightily in their storm. Comfort them when they think they can't do anymore and show them the wonders of your mercy, love and grace as you carry them praising you through the storm.Jesus calm the storm and calm the child as they step out in faith with a trusting heart and willing hands raised high to praise the King of Kings , the Prince of Peace our Deliverer. In your sweet precious name I pray Jesus.Amen.
